After contacting us and going through our 4 easy steps to setting up an account with us (for long term users) you are then ready to order your services. Their is not just one way employers can order services from us. You have the option of using our online order form (Coming Soon!!), faxing your request or emailing your request. Once we have received your request we take over from there and we notify you when your request have been completed. No need to be continuously checking a site to see if your request have been completed, we notify you.

2. Where do you get your information from?

We obtain all our information legally and comply fully with applicable legal standards. We also handle all the legally required procedures for employers, such as providing applicants with copies of reports and notices of consumer rights.We use both private and governmental databases to obtain the most accurate information, and we are constantly aware of changing regulations and laws so that we may pass on to you the most accurate information. Also, at not additional cost, Intelli Investigations will provide an applicant with the appropriate notices of adverse action required by the FCRA when requested to do so by an employer.

4. How long does it take?

We will let you know from the beginning which services cannot be included in our guarantee, so no hidden agendas. 7. Do you offer RUSH service?

Intelli Investigations obtains information as quickly as possible. We believe that all orders are a "rush". Yet, if it is imperative that you receive your request within a few hours please contact us ASAP. We will make every effort to expedite your request. Their is a fee for RUSH service.
